JOHNSON was informed by SA @ ne identities of the interviewing Agents and was ora y advised of her rights by SA Q@gMMas set forth on an "Interrogation; Advice of Rights" form, JONNSON stated she was fully avere of her rights and had previously signed a Similar form for the FBI, : JOHHSON stated that she had lived at the Suth Street address with her cousin, MINNIE LEwIg, a divorced Negro female, age 33, and LEWIS' two children, TONY, @ Negro male, ané LEVETTE, a Negro female, She said on the night of Thursday, May 16, 1974, she, MINNIE LEWIS, BRENDA DANIELS, a Negro female friend, who lives four doors west of her residence on 5th Street, and MINNIE's boyfriend, FREDDY (LAST NAME UNKNOWN), had @ small party consisting cf Grinking and record playing at that residence, She deseribed FREDDY as a Negro male, age 35 to 36, but Gid not know hie Last nome or address.
