IN THIS CAR WAS A .3@ CALIBER EXTENDED “WULL, WHICH ACCORDING TO THE FBI LAB, WAS FIRED BY THE SAME GUN THAT FIRED SHOTS INSIDE THE HIBERNIA BANK DURING THE ROBBERY ON APRIL - 15, 1974, AND BY THE SAME GUN THAT FIRED HULLS THAT wERE FOUND IN A CLOSET AT THE SLA PAD AT 1827 GOLDEN GATE AVENUE, SAN FRANCISCO. FINGERPRINTS LIFTED FROM THE VEHICLE ARE. NOT IDENTICAL WITH ANY OF OUR SLA SUBJECTS. THIS VEHICLE WAS REGISTERED TO AN INDIVIDUAL NAMED PAUL ASHFORD, 514 WINCHESTER DRIVE, DALY CITY. ° THE FORMER OWNER OF THE STATIONWAGON TENTATIVELY IDENTIFIES PHOTOGRAPH OF WILLIAM HARRIS AS BEING IDENTICAL TO PAUL ASHFORD. END PAGE TWO
