Both offices are reviewing appropriate State records for possible lead value. In addition to specific areas of investigation set out above, we are concentrating heavily on relatives, associates, and acquaintances of each fugitive to determine their whereabouts. Furthermore, we are extending our coverage to their possible relationships with various activist groups who may be affording them protection, such as Weathermen fugitives, Black Cultural Association, and Republic of New Africa. This major case continues to receive close administrative review at FBIHQ. Throughout the course of this investigation the Department is being apprised of all significant developments. ,
