BAZ advised that he was sure the above communication was meant for him in that he is the only person to have re- sided in the premises at 1709 - 1711 Waller Street during the past year. He noted that the premises had been unoccupied up until approximately the last month when he moved in. When questioned as to the communication being ad- dressed to "SAM the man” BAZ explained that this was termi- nology frequently used in the black community. BAZ had no idea as to who might have directed the card to him and he denied that RETIMAH X, RONALD TATE, or JAMELLEA MUNTAZ knew his present address so that any of these persons could have been involved-in the directing of the communication to him.
