reconstruct enclosed papers for any indicated confirmatio
of informant's story and/or any other evidence in general.
Information obtained should be compared with that already
processed by the Laboratory with respect to other
reconstructed papers and handwriting of SLA fugitives,
HEARST and the HARRIS's.
