On 9/17/75 <4 1360 black over light green, two-door Pontiac LeMans was observed & parking lot in Hampton, Virginia, with license plates bearing the number irginia On the same date, advised he was in Hampton, Virginia, on 9/7/74, and has never been in Clarksville, Virginia. He further advised that he is not acquainted with PATRICIA CAMPBELL HEARST or with anyone who closely resembles her. In view of the above, no further investigation is being conducted within the Norfolk Division concerning the above-captioned sighting. ARMED AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.
