During the robbery, they apparently had a cover car occupied by
four individuale with rifles waiting across the street.
Investigation at San Francisco reveals that the

On May 16, 1974, William and Emily Harris, while
shopping in Mel's Sporting Goods Store in Los Angeles, became .
involved in a scuffle following a shoplifting by William Harris.
As the scuffle moved to the street and a revolver was displayed,
an individual believed to ba Patricia Hearst fired approximately |._
a 27 rounds from an automatic weapon from a van parked across the —— ”

pr ultimately disappeared on the afternoon of May 17, 1974, on the
fringe of the Griffith Park area in Los Angeles after releasing

On the evening of May 17, 1974, Nancy Ling Perry,
— Camilla Christine Hail, Patricia Michelle Soltysik, Angela Atwood,
Donald David DeFreeze and William Lawton Wolfe became involved |:
