This club financial!y supports Alr America, the C.1.A, private airilne which annually transports 23,G00 pounds of heroin from Southeast Asia into the United States. it is. this heroin traffic that poisons the youth and politically represses the people's consciousness to struagle for social chance. - A Hearst is a member of the U.C, Board of Regents which has repeatedly attacked academic freedoms, condoned the continued in- human experiments on the brains of working people and prisoners through the fascist techniques of psycho~surgery, and have invested the people's tax money in the fasclst and racist apartheld system | (the complete segregation of the races) of South Africa, The practices of the Hearst family historically clearly de- ‘ monstrate their advocacy of white supremacy, and the right to colonial and impertalist exploitation end brutal repression of _ people's movements for sel f-determination. it is not surprising to note that a stave-owning Hearst in the 1860's was one of the legislators in the nation who voted a- gatnst the abolition of slavery.
