He stated he put the property up for gale on or about April 17, 1974 and received a firm offer for its purchase on Avril 30, 1974. He stated it toox until May 23, 1974 for the loan to go through and that the new owners actually did not move in until May 23, 1974. the above property not on as nossible tax shelter, but for the convenience : TT 0 had recently been divorced and was attempting to iocate a rental property. rented the property for a short time td Shortly after this, Area and moved to the Hawaiian that he had had other problems with tenants 4 S$ property and on January 20, 1974, he placed a rental ad for the Northridge Drive property in the “Industrial City Newspaper", a throw-away paper distributed in San Mateo County. stated that on January 20, 1974, he and his wife were working on the property at 37 Northridge Drive preparing it for rental 7/30/74 _,, Oakland, California File# _SE_7-855_. 82 sour agency; it and its contents are not to be distributed outside your ngency. . w~* ¥ Few, C rs Se : Date dictated 8/1/74 . ns neither recommendations nor conctusions of the FBI.
