She advised that the interim license number was obtained from documentation proffered by said JUDITH LANPENCK, and that the address of 915 Fver- areen, Daly City, was obtained from an unrecalled secondary source; she is certain it was not on the interim drivers license, however, she is uncertain as to the source at this time. Further, she does not recall the transaction nor the person, however, she is positive she accepted the check, as hlockstamp notations contained on the check were put there by her.
