BROADNAX advised he felt threatened by the fact that he wus being interviewed by the FLI. fle added that he did not as yet know what hig position was with the April 1974 meeting of the Adult Authority - which will consider his parole status and his position - legally, conceming discussion of EMILY HARRIS. BROAPNAX was inforned that discussing his association with EMILY HARRLS could reflect favorably on his parole hearings. BROADNAX stated he has to deal with the Aduit Authority and the FRI did. not really care about his parole situation and could not help his parole status. BROADNAX advised he was not concerned that his parole status could be jeopardized however he would not cooperate in this mattcr.
