At the outset of the intervagew, BROAPRAN was advised of the identities of the jnterviewing aggnts ’ and chet he was boiyg interviewed in order to eolicit his he in the apprchension of Syinjionesc Liberation Army (SLA) fugitives EMILY and WILLTAH HARRIS and PATRICIA {UARST. BROADISAX displayed a inilitant but curious attitude throughout the jnterview as xhibited in the following: BROADKAY felt that he was being threatened by the FBL since they were visiting him at San Guentin., He exhibited anger A that he had been locked up in solitary confinement because the FBI had publicly anmouneed thar he wes linked with the SLA as a membar., RROAD AS was told by interviewing agents that their visit with him was confidential and that only a few individuals in the present jndministration knew that the agents were there. BROADNAX loudly stated that he did not. care who knew the FBL : was there to talk to him. : At this time he voiced enger that he had missed his parole becouse the warden and Adult Authorities had told him , that be was nok bets granted a parole because the FBI had identified him as an SLA gerber. BRUADNAX was then toid by interviewing agents that the FB} is cearching for the remaining SLA fugitives and it is felt. that he has information that might lead to their apprehension. . Vhen conversation turned towards the relationship between BROADNAX and EMILY HARRIS, BROADNAX stated he had nothing j to discuss. , BROADNAX expressed more anger and stated that he was tired of the FBI interferring with bis life. He stated that his mother had been harassed in Los Angeles, as well as other members of his family. Conversation turned to BROADNAX's present confinement and the fact that he was soon to be transferred to Vacaville to underge stress development, a systen which would prepare him for __ parole and adjustment in society. _ BROADNAX again became angry... . .
