It is also pointed out thet in tne comparison of the signatures on these specimens - _gome handwriting characteristics in common were noted. Based on the observations made from the comparison of the photographs and of the handwriting, it is suggested thet these two drivers licenses may be for the same person. The photographs on 9¢c1881 through Qc1884 have been compared with photographs evailible for fugitives 4in this case without effecting an identification.
