STEINER was the girifriend of RUSSEL. JACK LITTLE who has been charged with the slaying of Oakland, California, Superintendent of Schools MARCUS FOSTER, on 11/6/73. STEINER left California in November ~ December, 1973 and returned to Miami. ROBYN SUE STEINER was interviewed by Miami agents on 3/7/74 and was adamant in her refusal to furnish any information to the FBI. Sen Francisco requested that efforts again be instituted tc locate, isolate, and interview her without contacting her attorney.
