After an hour, the house caught on fire, possibly from a tear-gas cannister striking one of the SLA's bombs and all six died, either by gunshot wounds, burns or smoxe 5 inhalation. June 6, 1974-~Patty Hearst is indicted by a Federal grand jury for-armed robbery and use of a weapon during a felony with the two charges carrying maximum prison sentcnaces of 35 years. June 7, 197¢4--adio station KPrX in Van tuys, California, tr receives a tape in which Patty Hearst, nov calling herself “Tania,” calls the six slain SLA members her “beautiful sisters and brothers" and vows that her “comrades didn't oa @ie in vain" but that she “died in that fire ana was reborn." June S-iJovember 18, 1974--iNo further word is receivede from Patty Hearst nor any substantive lead on her whereabouts supplied to the FEI. t Wovember 19, 1974--The FDI asks that APRGOSY readers assist jn locating Patty Hearst and William and Emily Narris. - el
