Devertment of Motor Vehicle records for the State of Kansas at Topeka, and the Stateaf Missouri at Jefferson City, Missouri, have been checked for recent driver's licenses or motor vehicle resistrations under the names and aliases of subjects without locating any apparent applications or registrations by subjects, Contacts have been made with logical sources as requested in Lead #4 in Bureau airtel to Albany, dated 9/25/74, in the Metropolitan area of Kansas City, Missouri, where numerous wanted flyers 475A have been distributed. Similar distribution has been made in the Metropolitan Area to Salvation Army Outlets, Goodwill Industry and Welfare Agencies. These wanted flyers have been distributed to toll bridges and to all Kansas Turnpike Stations.
