All criminal, extremist and security informants were contacted and same were advised Bureau was willing to make el F a sizeable cash payment on a COD basis of information ' resulting in the location of HEARST. The true namesof the HARRIS couple and HEARST, . as well as their aliases, were searched during the previous month through Department of Motor Vehicles, Olympia, Wash- ington, without effecting any identification. Contact was had with various state, county, city and Federal health clinics as well as day labor and temporary employment outlets, auto rental agencies and various : Universities and colleges where wanted flyer 475A was - furnished for exhibition.
