IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT SAN FRANCISCO, AS THE BUREAU HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN ADVISED, POSSESSES NO RECORDINGS AND/OR OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATIVE TO THIS CIVIL SUIT. FURTHER, THAT APPROXIMATELY 18 AGENTS OF THE SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE AT ONE TINE OR ANOTHER WERE ASSIGNED TO DUTY AT THE HEARST RESIDENCE. . THE MATTER OF ANOTHER AGENT APPEARING WAS DISCUSSED WITH US ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AT SAN FRANCISCO AND THEY STATED THAT THE APPEARANCE OF AN AGENT TODAY WAS RESPONSIVE TO THE SUBPOENA AND THEY RECOMMEND AGAINST THE VOLUNTARY APPEARANCE OF ANOTHER AGENT. AS A MATTER OF FACT, US ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IN THE EVENT ANOTHER SUBPOENA IS RECEIVED, INTENDS TO CONTEST ANY FURTHER TESTIMONY IN THE FORM OF A DEPOSITION IR CONNECTION ‘WITH THIS MATTER. . | SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE CONCURS WITH TRE COURSE OF ACTION RECOMMENDED BY THE US ATTORNEYS OFFICE POINTING OUT THAT
