JoseplScott,. who is alleging information that he has knowledge of travel by Patricia Hearst and Emily and William Harris from Las Vegas, Nevada, to New York City, and return with a lay over period on a farm in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, This travel was to have occurred between mid- July, 1974, and September 28, 1974, Scott involves his brother, Jack Scott, who was a subject of a San Francisco Anti-Riot Law case in 1969, as well as being a suspect in several radical bombing matters out of that Division, He involves his parents also. po Nas provided the Philadelphia Division highly detailed information, some of which has been verified through follow up investigation, Additionally, Scott was afforded a polygraph examination on 2/2/75, by the Philadelphia Office examiner and no deception was .detected. Philadelphia has located the farm described by Scott near Honesdale - Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, and have isolated several eye witnesses to various events on the farm which tend to corroborate Scott's information. In view of. above, Philadelphia has requested Bureau personnel from the Laboratory, Identification and Administrative (Exhibits Section) Divisions to travel to Philadelphia and conduct pertinent investigation.
