Director Sec'y an é Re Philadelphia teletype to Bureau, et al, dated 2/4/75, regarding latest developments in captioned matter and requesting that an artist from the Exhibits Section conduct an interview with Walter Joseph Scott in Philadelphia to obtain his impression of Patricia Hearst's alleged appearance as he remembered her, : ae On 2/ 1/ ee Visual Information Specialist, traveled to Philadelphia and after interviewing Mr. Scott prepared a retouched photograph of Patricia Hearst with smile and very short hair - approximately one and one half inches long with freckles over most of the face. He stated he-was nol able to recall that she had a mole on right side of chin as appears in usual photographs of her and suggested that eyebrows should be lighter in color. He stated that the retouched photograph was a good likeness but said that he could not recall seeing her with smile. Because of this fact, it was decided to prepare an artist's sketch of same with smile deleted. Sketch was completed and shown to witness who then stated that it was‘as close in appearance as he was able to ~ecall. | Arrangements were made that upon EB ctor to Washington, D.
