The college. paid JACK SCOTT the remainder of the money he was due in the three year contract. They terminated the contract because of JACK SCOTT's “radical activity”. WALTER SCOTT said that JACK SCOTT during this period attended the Socialist Nation — Athletic Convocation in Cuba, an wdisolosed organisation, in Chicago, I11., paid his way.
