DIVISION ge Temi t ee ; - \RNAP_ SUMMARY eo Our San Francisco Office (SFO) advises that in furtherance of investigation based on information furnished by PH 4389-PCI, | coordinated efforts will be made on 2/25/75, to interview all /associateszofF Jack Scott and harboring suspects previously develop- ed in a cofcentrated effort to locate remaining SLA fugitives. Our Las¥Vegas Office observed Micki Scott on 2/18/75, at the residence $f John and Louise Scott in Las Vegas. SFO, as office of origin, has instructed Philadeiphia and Newark Offices to establish * *- fisur coverage on J. Weiner and Phillip Shinnick during early a.m., aor 2/25/75, until 8:00 p.m., 2/25/75, or until advised to discontinue. on In addition, fisur Agents are to be prepared to interview both Weiner \ - and/or Shinnick contingent upon results of interviews of elder Scotts. Wee Portland Office has been instructed to institute fisur coverage ae of the Walton residence and SFO will establish coverage of tele- phone booth in Oakland, California, which location was telephonically contacted from a pay phone near the farm in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, on. 9/21/74. Our Philadelphia Office advised on 2/24/75, that source tele- phonically contacted John and Louise Scott in Las Vegas and attempted to find out present whereabouts of Jack Scott. Elder Scotts denied knowing whereabouts of Jack Scott and Micki Scott and abruptly changed subject of conversation; no additional information of value obtained. Our Portland Office advised on 2/24/75, that a Portland source within the Portland Trailblazers organization advised that Bill Walton returned to Portland with injured foot on 2/20/75. Walton reportedly to be met by Jack Scott but due to misunderstanding as to time of arrival, was not met by Scott. Source advised that Scott is still in Portland with Walton who is now wearing a walking cast. Scott reportedly wiil not leave Portland while Walton is in an anjured status. Qur Kansas City Office advised the records of the 2 & Adninistrative Center in Kansas City indicat ohn J. Scott of ? Scranton, Pennsylvanié, made applicaticn for cre@it card or. 6/17/70, was issued credit card Card cancelled 8/29/73, with indebteaiess of $1,418; fast charge shown as March, 1973. os Our Las Vegas Office advised that they have established fixed towers i... covering the residence of John and Louise Scott. All apartment develop- ! ments within the immediate area being checked to ascertain if Jack and ' Micki Scott may have an apartment in Las Vegas. Las Vegas Office will interview Christopher and Brenda Summers 2/25/75, and follow immediately | thereafter with separate interviews of the elder Scotts. I£ interview results are negative, neighborhoods will be conducted. to Positive information resulting from interviews will be immediately | po reported and appropriate leads will be set forth telephonically to best intensify efforts to locate remaining SLA fugitives.
