We are striving to cncourage pcople through knowledge, to come with us to the political arena, rather than go to the callous world of rioting and looting. We plan te inform ,the people in the ghetto of who their political reprc- ' sentatives are in their particular districts, and to provide them ‘wiltth the necessary information and knowledge for corres p= onding |purposes, at national, state, anc local levels. Our purpose is to further educate poor minorities on how petitions should be filed, and the procedures for gettins propositiions, that best benefit the poor placed on the voting ballot. | We wish to teach other 'proverty strickenced people how certain proposed propositions, amendments, and laws will effect then as poor people. We encourage other poor people to become actively involved in all forms of government. From the P.T.A. meetings, to the presidential clection. We cncourage votin: by all on ali issues. We educate people of the possible con- sequences harsh drugs’can bring, and discourage their usage.
