Concerning the protective custody prisoner -- the subjost
has been freed, as our promise stated, but che refused to go hone.
There is no further need to discuss the release of the prisoner,
since she 1s now a comrade and has been accepted into tne ranks
os the people's army as a comrade and fighter. And thers is no
further basis for negotiations, since the subject may ive ye
whenever she feels that she wishes to do so. She is armed and
perfestiy willing and able to defend herself,
