To Qesure all people the right to self-determination, that ia, the right to build their own nation and govern- mont, through representatives that have proven by their actions that they serve the interests of all their people. To give all people the right to select and elect their own representatives and governments by direct vote. fo defend and aid, by force of args and with our lives, the rights of all oppressed people to self-determination and thereby assure to all people their human rights te liberty, equality, justice and freedom on all levels. To give back to a11 people the right to train and bear arne at all times so they will be prepared to defend their human rights by any means necessary. To build a People's Federated Council composed of male and female representatives from the Poople's Councils of each sovereign nation of the Bymbionese Federation. The People's Federated Counoll will be responsible for the formation of unified defense against any external enemy that may attack any of the free nations of the Bynbionese Federation, and will also be responsitiie for the formation of trede pacts and other aids to the needs and growth of each nation. To place the control of all the industries ané institutions of each nation into the hands of its people so that work contributes concretely to the full interests and needs of workers, the communal interests of communities and the mutual interests of all within the Symbionese Federation.
