(3) He can not be re-admitted into the United States except with the consent of the Attorney General. He is excluded under Sectim 3, Immigration Act of 1917. If he re-appliies and is admitted by mistake without the consent of the attorney General, he is subject to exclusion and/or expulsion. A new deportation order and warrant would have to be issued at that time.
