I have been an admirer of yours for a good many years.
Jean Harlow's mother was a very good friend of mine. I, many
times, while casting director, gave her plenty of work in pictures;
and was responsible for giving her daughter her first break in

pictures. I believe was a friend of yours.
I would appreciate it very much - and it will mean
considerable to me - if you will give me all the names of the
subordinates of Hen allace of the Agriculture Dept when he was
in office. Also, designate those who were subversive or communist.
