Before the arrival of Vice President HENRY A. WALLACE in :
Los Angeles, California on February 4, 194, there was considerable di
cussion as to the political complexion of the reception committee. It
was announced that the reception committee would be in the hands of
representatives of a group which called itself the "United Citizens 4
Committee." It is believed that the Bureau will be interested in the —_
proceedings that took place during the recent visit of MR. WALLACE to
