MILES HORTON indicated to Agent QM he contemplated dis- cussing the situation with the writer at Knoxville. Mr. HORTON has not commnicated with the writer, In the event he does communicate with this office, he will be advised that the writer has no coment whatever to make with respect to any matter under investigation, If, however, he should desire, in writing, to make the records of this school available to this office, such an offer would be accepted, if an occasion aroge where such an examination would be considered desirable.
