You will note from the photographs, particularly photo- graph "Rk", that one of the individuals who entered the reservetion was apparently wearing rubbers or galoshes and possibly the name of the maker of the rubber or gelosh can be brought cut by the laboratory from further study of the photograph and, if necessary, the cast will be furnished for this purpose in the event anything definite develops towmrrant further investigation along thia line. the investigation outlined above was in accordance with instructions received from Inspector FE, J.
