Sources who have furnished reliable in- formation in the past have advised DOWD in December, 1966, was on the Executive Committee of the National Council of the Emegency Civil Liberties Committee (ECLC); was a speaker at the National War Crimes Tribunal held at Stockholm, Sweden, May, 1967; in 1969, was active with and attended several meetings of the Cornell University Chapter of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS).
