Upon the insistence of certein of the delegutcs, motion 1 at Page 11 of the revort wus not consicered and it was agreed that only motion 2 vas to be voted upon, together wlth the. suggested anendment by the President of the Commission to the effect that "individual nembers i. thelr own countries may use tieir lufluence in having the above idea adopted and mention the discussion had thereon at the Thirteenth Meeting of the Internationel Criminal Police Commission." The friction between the Austrian and French delegetes was oerticularly noticeable end a eub-comnittee was a,sointed to reconsider motion 1 and to report individually thereon to the officials of the Conaission within four months.
