On this subject, the committee stated in its report CHE. Rep. Now 1830, 75th Cang,, $d sess, pp. lOand Ti! on the bill: "Although the camuiuther ts heghly farpressed ath the destrabeity af having the United States represented in the Entcrnational Croinal Puliee Cammission, as advocated by Director Hoaver, and. provided for in lanzuage approved by the Budget, inasmuch as ib would entail (he writin of legishitian in the Approprittion bill to accomplish this end, the committee bas deleted the language which sought to aceomplixh this pnrpose.
