SUBJECT: \ayreaaTIONAL CREMINAL POLICE COMMISSION Fob The legal Attache in Paris has forwarded a communication addressed to the Director from Vp tetou General for the Criminal i Police International Committee, cloux, This Committee is apparent the Exacutive Committee for the International Criminal Police Commission. Hs Ducloux referred to the letter from the Director to Inspector General Louwaze, Permanent Reporter of the ICPC, in which the latter was advised that due to the failure to receive an invitation in time, it would not be possible for a representative of the Bureau to attend the ICPC Convention which took place on June 3, 19)6,' at Brussels. The Secretary General refers to a commnication addressed to the Director by Mr. Louwage on June 3, advising of the Director's appointment as Vice President of the ICPC. That communication has already been answered by the Director accepting the appointment as Vice President. WM. Duclour forwarded a complete set of the minutes of the Brussels Convention which were in French and havé been translated. This translation is attached.
