In comection with this mtter, thore ie attached a booklet entitled "Finger Print Identification through Automatic Search". This booklet outlines in detail the complete system of searching fingerprints by the autowmtic searching mchins. It is noted that in the fingerprint files of the Pederal Bureau of Investigation the automtic searching machine is only weed in « group of fingerprints in which all of the patterns are ulnar loops. ~ There 4s also forwarded herewith an outline in connec ton with the automtic searching of descriptions of persons, I sincerely hope that thie material will be of some assistance to you ‘in connection with your problem.
