This, of course, without any financial or other obligation. It was pointed out that the English edition of the Review has a limited circulation; that a certain minimum number of copies have to be printed, and at the present time there is enough surplus each month to furnish the Sureau with the 150 copies formerly received. I have taken the liberty of accepting this offer on the part of the Bureau since it involves no additional expense to the Bureau or the Commission, and no obligation on our part. 7 The Sureau will, therefore, continue to receive the same fr chumagr as in the past.
