It was specified, however, that the SQM freq should be used by the PARIS transmitting Station, and the frequency by the WASHINGTON transmitting Station. The French technicians consider that the said fr encies co: be used during the month of November, between (GMT), although a aeverance of commnications ia to be feared in the middle of the day. I therefore request you to be good enough to cause, with th: above-mentioned frequencies, new experiments, identical with those which have already been carried out, to be made on the days and at the times which you will fix.
