Louwage, President, International Criminal Police Commission, advising him that the Director has accepted instant appointment and has designated ASAC Belmont, of New York, to act for him in this liaison. There is also attached a letter to the New York Field Division advising Him in this matter. Copies of this correspondence have been designated for our Legal attache in Paris, France. RECOMMENDATION : It is recommended that the attached letters to Honorable F. E.
