Belmont advises him that he should limit his activities to the nere transmission of information between the ICPC and the UN and that any other requests from the United Nations should be treated on an individual basis after consulting the Bureau. The second letter acdressed to President Louwage of the ICcP¢ advises hin of the pending conference sponsored by the Department of Social affairs of the United Nations. It is further suggested that this memorandum be referred to “fr.
