Ch wt Tae wel Le hed, It gives wm pleasure to refer to a letter which was sent to you in‘ the course of Mrch 1%9, which J recalled the’ provisions of Article 15 of the GENSVA Convention of 20th April 1029 concern: the Conferences of the National Central Offices.
