During the first part of 1946, F. E, Louvsge, Inspector General of the Gelotan Seourtty of State and Permanent Recorder of the International Crintnal Poltoe Comntsston, indicated that he vas taking the tntttattve tn reorcantszsing the Conmatsston and was proposing a weocting to be held tn Brussels, Belgtum, durtng June of 1946. The neeting convened on June 3 tn Brussels with 46 delegates fron 18 countrtes oresent. Hr. Louvage ves elected President of the organtzation and L, iucloux, Director, Crimtnal Police Service of the Surate Nattonals of Fraunec, was elected Genoral Secretary. Ur. J. Edge: Hoover, Dtrcotor of the Fedural Burcou of Investtinstton, was clected a ¥Ytes President of the organtzatton.
