I am in receipt of a memorandum from H, DUCLOUX, Secretary
General of the I.C.P.C., which translates as follows:
"The rrench Police are now in the process of making a study
of the use of micro~filma, and in order to guide their research, I
would be very grateful if you would be kind enourh to advise me if
the FBI makes use of micro-films, and if so to what extent and under
what conditions?
"It would be particularly useful to know if micro-films
are or have been used for the classification and transmission of

the information you have available on this cuestion, i. e. in
what ways the use of micro-films can be adapted to the benefit of
