Mr. KELLY stated that the exchange of publications botwoen the IACP and the ICFC was agroeable to him and advised that honceforth he will firnieh tho Bureau an extra copy of the "Police Chiefs Neve" for the attention of the C-L of the Bureau. a , Mr. KELLY stated he had no need for an additional copy of "The International Review of Criminal Police”.
