LOUIS DUCLOUX has advised that the I.C.P.C. is making efforts to get more subscribers to the international Criminal Police Review, the organ of the I.C.P.C. As the Bureau is aware, this publication has an unglish and French edition and DUCLOUX feels that there are a number of police officials throughout the United States who would be willing to spend 25 swiss francs (about $6.00) per year to receive the tnglish edition. ranmmeg TY a erat DUCLOUX stated that if sufficient new subecnintione are received the publication will become self-supporting and will cease to be a financial burden on the I.C.P.C. Specifically, DUCLOUX ‘requested a list of cities in the United States having a population of more than 10,000 inhabitants so that he can circularize the Chiefs of Police of each town, describing the keview and soliciting their subscriptions. DUCLOUX inquired as to whether the circularization should be through the FBI or directly from I.C.P.C. headauarters in Paris.
