Effective immediately, the Federal Bureau of Investigation will handle such matters only upon’ receipt of a direct request from the appropriate law enforconent representative in the interested country. lie shall bo very glad to continue the cooperative relationship with the proper police afencies in each country on the sam basis which has existed for many yéurs proviously.
