Toledo at which time he advised that he was
working for which is engaged in manufacturing
war defense materials. He advise has a son who came back
fron Africa and is presently at Walter Reed Hospital: dicated
the purpose of his call was to let ltr. Hoover know he thou was
“a mighty fine man" and to te "not to worry, he would keep
working at the war plant.” Mr5 tated that he and his wife are
good loyal Americans. However, he indicated, the only trouble with him
