From the tenor of his conversation he was highly dissatisfied rith the city government and fearful for the younger generation in a city so filled with vice, particularly narcotic vio~- - Lations/ He was pressed for cific information relative to his complaints but cao specific imformation. Hie conversation wandered and was scarcely audible at times.
