The writer talked to who was obviously from his
unintelligible conversation highly intoxicated. From the
tenor of his conversation he was highly dissatisfied rith
the city government and fearful for the younger generation
in a city so filled with vice, particularly narcotic vio~- -
Lations/ He was pressed for cific information relative
to his complaints but cao specific imformation. Hie conversation
wandered and was scarcely audible at times. When he insisted
upon telling the FBI his complaints he was told to contact the
Field Office, which he claimed he had called on the telephone,
although he at other times indicated he had contacted the Federal
Narcotic agents.
