By reference from the Director's office the writer ee ea
accepted a telephone call from the above named individual 7
who complained of the fact that she was the victim of Eg
Jersey Sity, New Jersey
experiments by several doctors as a result of which she is
presently a nervous wreck, She also claimed to havea been
involved in a number of law suits which resulted in the loss
of all of her property and she now feels she is "black-balled"
by all lawyers in New Jersey and is unable to obtain the right ~
to appear in court which she considers a privilege of her +
citizenship.
