He said he rente

talked in a rambling and incoherent manner an
appeared to be intoxfeated. He complained that 30 minutes
earlier he had been in a drug store at the corner of Fairmount
and llth Streets where be was accused by police officers of
annoying a colored girl who was working there. He denied he
had annoyed the girl | said that this action by police officers
demonstrates the att of all officers in the 10th Precinct
toward him. He said he is afraid to enter the 10th Precinct
for fear of being arrested for no good reason.

arrested and served time on numerous occasions for drinking.
He said he once served time for a felony conviction. His
complaint appeared to be against the attitude of officers
in the 10th Precinct who stopped him on the street and demanded
to kmow what he was doing.
