He complained that 30 minutes earlier he had been in a drug store at the corner of Fairmount and llth Streets where be was accused by police officers of annoying a colored girl who was working there. He denied he had annoyed the girl | said that this action by police officers demonstrates the att of all officers in the 10th Precinct toward him. He said he is afraid to enter the 10th Precinct for fear of being arrested for no good reason. oF, L-| Sm that he was a heavy drinker, had been arrested and served time on numerous occasions for drinking. He said he once served time for a felony conviction.
