Reed, Crime Research Section. EYE | had a rambling story concerning an attack by two unknown young males on two of her daughters, ages 13 and 15. She related how the attack was physical rather than sexual but felt that it would have resulted in the rape of one, if not both, of her daughters if her 19-year-old son had not~seen what was going on and preventa any further trouble. She said the attack in which both of her daughters were fairly well beaten up took place right in front of their house. She described the area in which she lives as a "jungle. * COLTN-1 When queried as to the purpose of her call to the FBI, Fr advised she wanted the 14th Precinct of the New York City Police Department investigated because she felt that they were not conducting an unbiased investigation.
